i would have to quit a reasonable job here, up sticks and move to Malta – working in what many consider to be an unscrupulous business. has anyone had any experiences of buying and/or selling time-share. would anyone recommend working in the business?
My riding instructor trains and sells horses for people. She got a horse that I really like, and she likes him a lot, too.
The problem is he is for sale, and too expensive for either of us to buy.
Is it possible to share ownership with another person? That way we could each pay 50%, and that is affordable.
I would probably save up to buy him completely. I just don’t have enough money at the moment, and his owner wants him sold fast.
My granparents recently died, dividing their estate among their four children, my father, uncle, and 2 aunts. This estate consists of a considerable amount of property. My uncle and aunts all seem determined to claim ALL of the estate for themselves and refuse to act on selling the property or working together at all.
So, I want to know if my father can legally sell his share and get out of this nightmare. This has been going on for two years and I am tired of seeing him suffer. Please help if you are familiar with this at all.
Willing to live with lowered credit rating. But what are the repercussions? I want to walk away from the large contract (which has already been "sold") and never use the time-share. Too late to opt out . Secondly, any suggestions on how to walk away from the yearly maintenance fees that the resort assesses. What happens with that situation?
Something I’m looking into. If you have experience with this, and have some things you can share, that would be great, whether about online business in general, or more specifically, seling artwork.
Can I do this regularly as long as I make enough to cover the fees and bring in a profit? Are there additional fees for buying/selling on the same day? Also, I heard these types of fast trades are taxed high. Are there differences between buying and selling on the same day versus buying to hold onto the stock for an extended period of time?
I sent my resume to a timeshare company called blue green resorts and I just got a call today and they want to hire me. They say that people normally start of earning ,000 a year. And some people if they are good enought earn six figures. So the guy I spoke with basically told me that I had the job. He said that the job would be fun. Im going to be selling timeshares this summer in Myrtle Beach. My friend told me all you do is call people out phonebooks asking them if the want to buy a timeshare. He said you can call 300 people and out of those 300 ppl you called that you might only get 1 or 2 people that actually want to buy a time share. I thought it sounded kinda boring but the money is pretty good for a broke college student like me.I was just wondering if anybody else had an experience selling time shares. Or if you have any advice or anything. Thanks!
The money sounded too good to be true but he assured me that I could really make that much money.
He didnt hire me in person because im in a differnt city from where he is at.
What are floatation methods with regard to selling shares??
I want to make fast money in shares. I know that proper tactics will fetch fast money in trading shares. I also know that one has to be very careful. I have a online trading account in kotak. I invested about two lakhs fifty thousand rupees. I could gain one lakh twenty thousand within a period of about two months but during the third month I was to sell at loss as such my profit came down to eighty thousand rupees. I got few tips from prasoon dalal Ahmedabad which helped in earning about fifty thousand remaining i earned in purchasing and selling of IFCI , BHEL, UNITECH etc. Can any body guide me about the intraday trading of IFCI and other companies where the gap between the high and low price will be more. some times if I fail to sell on the same day then I have to take the delivery in such cases I cannot sell all the stock on next day only sevnty five percent can be sold and remaining after four days. till then the price may fall. Are there any shares which are good for intra day.
I am wondering if-and then how-a corporation continues to make money off its shares sold in the market. More specifically, once initial shares are sold, does a corp. continue to make $ every time the shares are traded? If not, can a corp. offer a new batch of shares any time it needs capital and, if so, is this considered a new IPO (if not, how would an investor know about the new shares)?
Thanks.
If you purchase a time share and wish to sell it and the only way to do this is to sell it at a loss or give it away, can you claim what you originally paid for the time share, which is deeded, as a loss on Schedule D. The deed has been registered in the state in which the time share is located. We have used the time share for our own use, and have not rented it.
Let’s say you have 100 shares of company XYZ.
You want to place a limit sell order for those 100 shares at .00 a share. The stipulation is that you intend to sell ALL your shares at once.
Limit orders are not guaranteed to be fulfilled if the price drops too fast or there is high volume.
So, are you allowed to post multiple sell orders at cascading prices to make sure your stock is sold?
For example:
Order1: Sell 100 XYZ LIMIT .00
Order2: Sell 100 XYZ LIMIT .00
In hopes of being able to sell the stock between – ?
I could see some potential problems with this, but I cannot find any official information on the topic. A market order is not desired because if the price drops below .00, you might not want to even sell it.
This situation can come about when you original place the order with that being the expected minimal price the stock will hit, but it might fall faster than you plan and need to revise the order (which you can try to cancel, but that involves even more waiting).
Thanks!
you only know the dividend yield percent and the payment of dividend?…let’s say 8 percent dividend yield and .40 dividend per share.
It is a hypothetical question, there isn’t any company behind it. How would one figure out the selling price IF you only had the dividend yield AND the dividend payout per share.
Also can I make the type of money they say I can ?? This is a World renouned company specialisizing in time-share developement–top drawer been in business since 1928 etc…sounds good….is it too good to be true?

I’m talking about RTP here. Since I didn’t own any shares in it, I’m sell shorting. It’s strange coz it’s not going down with the rate I expected. I don’t understand why it isn’t going down coz any investor in their right mind would be selling on the spot, wouldn’t they?
So the real question is: Why isn’t the price going down (or at least going down fast enough for a quick buck!)?

Relax guys. I’m a complete newbie and I’m doing this with a Virtual Stock Exchange program.
As for the stock, it’s today’s highest gainer and it’s the one looking like it’s going down.
There is no news or insider transactions (which I think is very curiours and I’m looking the company up on the internet now).
(It’s at 440 now, made 200$ so far

I am in yr10 and I am currently doing an AS exam for Business and for my exam preperation I need to research selling shares. what are some advantages and disadvantages of them?
We decided to sell our timeshare in Florida, but I don’t know how to start and who to contact? Has anyone experienced a successful timeshare sell? Any hints, tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
I need to get rid of timeshare but still owe on it and the large payment every month kills my budget. I have had the timeshare on the market for 3 years but have not been able to sell it. How can I get out from under this timeshare ?
How do I do this?
