-smallest timeshare package earns me 600. comm.
-full benefits begin 10 days after hire
-mon-fri 9a-5
- base pay if no comm. achieved
-this is not regular timeshare, you have access to stay whereever whenever.
I have been unable to sell my timeshare , I need to get out from under it, what can I do?
My husband and I have been trying to sell ours for years. We’ve tried Timeshares Only and Jared Ryan Properties with no luck. (Not to mention he’s been trying to sell it since before we met so I don’t know who else he’s tried.) Anyway, we aren’t trying to make money on it, we just want sell it for a reasonable amount. I’ve been contacted by Corporate Travel Brokers to sell my timeshare, but they want 50 up front which they say is refundable once the title clears. Wondering if anyone has done this and did they get the refund and the sale price after that?

It is a camping community on a lake in Chancellorsville, VA. It also comes along with membership to Endless Getwaway Club (a vacation discount company). We are in the military and we will be moving around…we only bought it for the vacation club but now we have an ill child and certainly will not be travelling that much

I know that I can place an ad or go on craigslist or ebay or whatever. My question is this:
My actual timeshare is not at a great place or a great week. I can however trade it for a week anytime of year and any place (such as florida, hawaii, bahammas, etc..) To trade my week I have to submit my name and information. So I am wondering if and how to sell this week to someone. I mean how do they use it if it is all in my name and under my info.?
First of all it is not that I believe that I can trade it…. it is a fact since I have done it many times. I have exchanged it for Hawaii and Florida (3x’s).
I already know how to do this….. so what I was asking is how someone else can use the week after I have done so, since my name is on everything.
Im looking for a website or something where I can sell my timeshare. I really dont want to have to pay to much to put it out there so I want a free site or one that is a low cost. I have a timeshare through HSI but I have had it on their site for a couple weeks and it hasnt even been looked at. It includes 28 weeks over the span of 25 years plus an additional 11 weeks with our resort. Does anyone know of a place that will buy it from me?? Or maybe a site I can post it on?? I’d rather not do ebay, so lets exclude that. See if anyone can help me out.
most realtors or sellers on the web want money upfront and I have heard they are not the best way to go. Has anyone sold a timeshare through an agency or online?
We have a two bedroom at PoloTowers on the strip in Vegas for New Year Week (or anytime of the year as long as we make reservation 60 days ahead). Some companies offer to take over for ,000. I paid a fortune for it and do not want to give it away for free (or even pay).
Or if we keep it, besides eBay and craigslist, where else can we advertise it for rent or exchange it?
