If i stop making payments on my time share will it effect my credit and show as a foreclose??? Is there any resourcse that I may be able to get rid of my time share without paying a companying big bucks. Does nayone have sucess stories with selling Time share????
Read your contract. There is a reason they require you to own a home.
They will go after your house, and you signed a contract agreeing to give it to them if you are a dead beat.
And yes, you will be flushing your credit good bye.
