I have a timeshare for one week a year in Cabo San Lucas, MX. I’ve never used it and tired of paying the maintenance fee. The timeshare is paid in full.
I have a timeshare that is valid all across the country, but no time to take advantage of it anymore. There are maintenance fees, but otherwise, I just want to give it away or something. What do you suggest?
We’re a young couple who were talked into buying a timeshare. We feel that it is not worth the money we spent for it and we keep paying the maintenance fees. we already listed our timeshare with a couple of places. They promised to sell it in no time. But once they got their money we didn’t hear from them again. We’re going broke. If anyone has any idea how to get rid of it. or any advice at all would be appreciated.
Docs were signed in Bayside, Miami. Stear clear of those little ladies that say you’ll get a rebate from the Miami to Bahamas fairy, if you just listen to a presentation. 6 a month+ 0 maintenance fee every 2 days.
this was listed on a real estate information site as an option to put as a condition on your offer for a home:
‘getting a suitable mortgage (include the amount, interest rates and any other figures you feel important);’
assuming I’m already pre-approved for a mortgage, why would i be incented to put details of the actual mortgage as a condition of my offer to buy the house from the seller?
We purchased our timeshare 2 years ago, and it just doesn’t fit our lifestyle.
Is it because they think the deal will not be approved by the bear stearns shareholders. I am confused cos the stock keeps going up….
May be a dumb investment, but most of us cannot afford to buy stocks, seemed like a good time to take a risk with only 0 invested.
They are making a ‘for sale’ list to sell off divisions, repay loan ASAP. Will this help or hurt them on Wall Street? Should I buy more stock? My bills are current, $$ only collecting 3% interest in savings.
All the fallout right now is actually good for us rookies, even Microsoft is in our price range now. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
nEVER EVER again. On a trip to Las Vegas we got approached by stupid representatives from a Resort. I hated the idea from the beginning. Now we are stuck with it. We haven’t used it yet and probably never will. But paying stupid amount of money on these suckers. What and how can we sell without loosing anymore or being ripped off again?
I mean, how can they change in intrinsic perceived value?
My friend has been trying to sell her time share unit located in Kill Devil Hills, N.C. I’m trying to help her with this but am not sure where to advertise. Can someone suggest the best place to advertise where it would get looks and perhaps a buyer? Thanks for viewing my question.

My in-laws are trying to sell there time share that is in Escondido, Ca.; She has become totally blind and he is suffering from Alzeimers(2nd stage), they have only used it once in the past 5plus years, these two companies have offered to help. One company for no cost(only from the buyer) and the other company a flat 0, and a percentage from the sale itself, has anyone heard of anything from these two companies?
I want to buy a house in the bay area, which one is the best bank for first time home buyer. i need a 30 years fixed rate. can you share your story or experience.

My parents no longer want their timeshare and a yearly maintance fee is coming up soon, is there any way to get rid of the time share, they don’t mind not gaining anything from either donating it or selling it, but just to get rid of it.
The timeshare is located a few miles from disney world as I recall.
If my maintance fee is due soon, would I have to take care of that, or as soon as we submit the donation form, they would be encharge of it?
