My granparents recently died, dividing their estate among their four children, my father, uncle, and 2 aunts. This estate consists of a considerable amount of property. My uncle and aunts all seem determined to claim ALL of the estate for themselves and refuse to act on selling the property or working together at all.
So, I want to know if my father can legally sell his share and get out of this nightmare. This has been going on for two years and I am tired of seeing him suffer. Please help if you are familiar with this at all.

I can realize that some people are earning a handsome profit regularly by selling & buying share. They are only buying and selling 2~3 listed share. I keenly observe that Every day they sell a share in a particular time & buy a particular time but they never loss. I can’t understand their art. But I want to do this business. Please guide me how to do share business like those men.
If a company has 1 million shares in the market. What does that means? If I buy a share of that company, who gets the money of that share that I have bought actually. Even though I know that I pay the money to broker but actual money goes to whom? Similarly, when I sell a share of that company, who gets that money?
Please let me know is there any one who can let me know with example.

I currently have 40% of the house shared with my father (60%). My brother would like to purchase the 40% and move in. How would I deal with my taxes when I sell my 40%? We were talked into buying into a trade-around time share, and can’t really use it. We tried to end the contract, but the company refuses, and we keep getting bills and collection threat letters. I feel like I’m a prisoner of this company. Does anyone know of a legal way out, other than selling this off? (Don’t think anyone else would be as gullible as we were, and don’t want to pay someone to sell it, UNLESS they work on pure commission.) Thanks

I have been burned before by web sites that just list the time share and don’t push to sell it. I have also had it listed with a broker for the past year without any results. I just want to get out from under the loan. I want to find a reliable source that can successfully sell the time share as soon as possible.
