sell your timeshare Archives

The timeshare is a float week and is exchanged with rci

I have called several co and they want money up front

I plan on using them but I wanted to know some success stories before I paid them some money.

I have a timeshare and am looking into selling it. What are the safest websites and or organizations to go through? The resort is in the Caribbean.

I went to a timeshare presentation and in the end I received a couple voucher’s to send for two trips, both paying airfare and hotel stay.
I am in need of some money. Can I sell them? Will I, or whoever buys that from me, be in trouble?
Thanks.

here are the added details. They said had a buyer from the UK and they wanted me to pay a shre of the closing costs

Do you get the free trip if you don’t buy anything? I will sit through an hour presentation for a free 7 day cruise!

2 bedroom towne house that sleeps 8 with full kithcen, fridge, pots & pans, 2 baths, livingroom, located only 4 miles from jamestown settlement, walking distance from watercountry usa, bush gardens

They said the original purchaser’s name would remain on it & therefore would be liable for it if the "new owner" did not pay the yearly maintenance fees.

I own timeshare for 10 years, I don’t want it to own any more, Where to sell and how to sell ASAP.
Thanks..

I have a studio condo in Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Florida. It is timeshare week 31, beach property!! How do I get rid of it. I am tired of paying these maintance fees each year 0!! I already lost 0 trying to get a broker to sell it. Timeshare broker took my money, and never sold it!!

Any words of wisdom to help an unemployed mother of two kids?? I love the condo, just can’t keep up with the yearly fees anymore!!

I saw an advertisement from www.timesharehelp.org saying results were guaranteed. Has anyone had any luck selling their timeshare with them or ever heard of them? I really hate my timeshare and want to sell it. Any Advice would help.

I checked with BBB and there were no negative remarks against the company. I was given a web address where my time share would be posted but I’ve misplaced all information and have not heard from the company since.
