A vacation timeshare tour is a form of advertising used by many timeshare resorts to encourage individuals to consider purchasing a timeshare ownership or vacation club membership interest.
Most timeshare tours consist of the minimum 90-minute product sales presentation of your timeshare vacation resort or product sales center, guided by a salesman, an offer of some sort of snack or meal, and ending with a person or a lot more salesmen (and usually the revenue manager) encouraging and also pressuring for a invest in. The corporation sending the guest for the timeshare location commonly receives some sort of referral charge, which has resulted in a large quantity of businesses that offer timeshare tours as an incentive.

Timeshare Exchange is often confused with Timeshare Sales. RCI is in the business of timeshare exchanges. It does not develop or sell timeshares. Customers who buy a timeshare with an RCI-affiliated developer have the option to become a paid member of RCI. Such membership entitles them to exchange (swap) their timeshare with other members. RCI facilitates and fulfills the exchange.Although RCI does not develop or sell timehares, it does sell Points Program to use in the RCI affiliate resorts network. More information about the Points programs that RCI sells can be found on the company’s website. Also Wyndham Worldwide, RCI’s parent company does develop and sell timeshares having several resorts around US which are listed in RCI’s resort directory.

Timeshare businesses make a decision which nations they will accept friends and family from. If married or cohabiting like a couple, each spouses or partners should attend. Singles are qualified differently. Males need to typically be married, though ladies can frequently get away with becoming single (and sometimes they even lower the minimal revenue necessity).
This can be because of the perception that it truly is easier to advertise the timeshare into a woman than it truly is to a man.
Every single vacation resort typically makes it possible for 1 tour per year.Normally a timeshare tour is thrown in as either a bonus or perhaps a requirement for paying for some product from a organization, usually a person that’s vacation related. Telephone surveys, vacuum cleaner salesmen, and much more, offer you incentives to buyers who are prepared to listen to them these kinds of to be a “3 day/ 2 night time stay” in Las Vegas, San Francisco, or other well-liked family vacation destinations. These incentives are, in reality, a commitment to bring a timeshare tour.

Travel organizations leverage their current contracts with timeshare resorts to provide far more competitive family vacation deals, such as free hotel keep, indicate tickets, etc..
. These will commonly be offered from the type on the “$99 dollar family vacation package”, that will include a various night keep, tickets, and so forth using the requirement that the traveler qualify for and carry the timeshare tour.

Some timeshare tours can extend properly beyond the quantity of time initially quoted for the tour and can call for the application of large amounts of pressure by several sales agents. Occasionally, a cost-free advantage will be denied or delayed until the guest agrees to buy from the location, but this can be only the situation when the firm seriously isn’t a credible one particular.

Do the meeting, let the presenter know up fron that your now buying anything and dont want to waste anyones time more than needed. I did one at the La Estancia at Cabo San Lucas, they give you a gold card thats good for big discounts on local activities.

Hola! Yes, I have attended the time share presentation. Theirs would be a medium to low pressure tactic. I’ve been to ones that were extremely high, so I know the difference. Bottom line, don’t sign anything if you don’t plan to buy anything. You should get some nice gifts out of the deal as well. I got kahlua, a snorkel trip, blankets from Royal Solaris when they just opened.

I have done it a few times (Cancun, New York & Florida) and it can be really bad or not so bad. The one in Cancun was really long and the people were really putting pressure on us to purchase a time share. We did purchase one from the place in Florida and if you travel alot and can afford it, it is a good deal. I would say go to it and see what benefits there are.

For one, I believe they strictly aim at couples (married or not), so you may not get hassled if you’re not going with your loved one.

If you are going with him, you know what, save yourself the trouble. Forget the "free gifts", the time you spend with these fools is not worth it. They put the pressure one and push your buttons (watch out for the Mayan Palace peeps)… anyways, I ended up buying one and strongly regret it, mainly because they lied up front about many things (not to give timeshares a bad name, but Mayan Palace yes)… and I regret even taking time off MY honeymoon and MY vacation to go deal with these fools… go to Cabos and enjoy your vacation; many peeps are out there to scam you anyway… they promise $200 and sometimes end up giving you 200 Pesos… just avoid signing up for the 90 minute meetings that turn into hours meetings. Your precious time is worth more than what they give you…

Now if you’re interested in a timeshare, then by all means go to one… good luck!

You will be able to take advantege of this "deal" ONLY if you qualify for their timeshare presentation, for which they will ask you to assist with your spouse and to make a certain income…Royal Solaris also qualifies single women who are over a certain age and who make a certain income. If you qualify for the "deal" they will ask you to attend the presentation, with no commitment to purchase their timesher program, but they will be very hard on you, at the end they will ensure to "squeeze" you regardless how many times you say NO. The 90 minutes is never that…I tell you this because I went through this presentation last week…it was almost three hours of pressure….I did not buy anything, but hey made it very clear that the so known "deal" I got was because of my time was theirs!!! Needless to say, things did not end up nice. I ended up going to a couple of other presentations (InterContinental and Hilton) and they were a lot nicer…they even gave me free tours!!!….it is your call….good luck!
