Has anyone had any dealings with Premier Time Share or Executive Time share?

My in-laws are trying to sell there time share that is in Escondido, Ca.; She has become totally blind and he is suffering from Alzeimers(2nd stage), they have only used it once in the past 5plus years, these two companies have offered to help. One company for no cost(only from the buyer) and the other company a flat 0, and a percentage from the sale itself, has anyone heard of anything from these two companies?

Executive Timeshare has a reputation of being part of the classic bait and switch timeshare scam.
If Premier Timeshare DOES NOT charge money upfront then even if they don’t sell it, it won’t hurt.
