I saw an advertisement from www.timesharehelp.org saying results were guaranteed. Has anyone had any luck selling their timeshare with them or ever heard of them? I really hate my timeshare and want to sell it. Any Advice would help.

Well first things first, the website you are considering is AWFUL!!! Did you actually go and look at the site? If you were looking to buy a timeshare that website has 0 information or properties available. All it does is ask for your contact information and most likely wants you to pay them $$. I would avoid them at all costs! Now if you need help selling your timeshare do the proper research. Use google and type in BUYER related terms to your timeshare and see what companies consistently apear at the top. Here are some great questions to ask a potential company: How many offers does your company receive a week? Can you prove that statistic? How many visitors do you average per day, week and month? can you show me those figures? What kind of guarantee do you place when I work with your company? Also be sure to check the reputation of the company with the BBB.
To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, a basic rule is : don’t pay money up-front, there are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some hits:

I never heard of them. The two best places to sell a timeshare are on ebay and through an ad on timeshare today. http://www.tstoday.com. Timeshare Today has a website like the rest, but they also mail out a newsletter to timeshare owners. They also have articles about people’ s experiences with various timeshare selling companies. There is usually something on their website about timeshare brokers. We have purchased timeshares on ebay and through timeshare today. Some companies charge you a fee and most of them sell it on ebay. Some of them charge you a fee and have you sign it over to them with no money back to you and then they sell it on ebay.
They make additional money by charging the buyer $350 to do the paperwork. You can check the finished sales on ebay to see what your timeshare sells for there. That’s under advanced search
