Has anyone used STROMAN REALTY to sell their timeshare? How successful were they?

I plan on using them but I wanted to know some success stories before I paid them some money.

Do not give any company a red cent upfront to sell a timeshare. They just take your money and don’t get it sold.

I have used Stroman Realty to buy and sell timeshares for many years with great success! I found them first like you when looking for a company to help me sell a timeshare. They put my property up for sale and it was sold after a few months and a couple different offers. You must be very realistic when setting your price as you are not likely to make money when you resell your timeshare. Additionally, there licensed REALTORS have found me a couple great deals on timeshares which I purchased from them. If you have a real estate license they will pay you referral fees as well. Good luck!

    Hi Phillip,
I would Google "sell my timeshare" and "buy timeshare" and research the companies that come up at the top of the results. They are going to be your best bet as they are going to be what people first come to. I’m glad you’re doing your homework and looking into the best company. I’ve had great success with Sellmytimesharenow.com. I hope that helps. Good luck.

if they ask for one penny before your TS is sold, walk away; that is immoral and probably
    illegal.

time shares have almost no re-sale value, sorry.

I have a timeshare that I woud give away if it would be easy and wouldn’t affect my credit.

I’d be very leary of a company that wanted money upfront to "try" to sell the timeshare. Can’t you find one that will take a commission from the sale price?

I’ve never heard of them. Century 21 has been the driving force in timeshares for many years. Check them out first.
