How do I get rid of a timeshare my husband bought in Orlando, Florida one year ago?

Docs were signed in Bayside, Miami. Stear clear of those little ladies that say you’ll get a rebate from the Miami to Bahamas fairy, if you just listen to a presentation. 6 a month+ 0 maintenance fee every 2 days.

Go to http://www.timeshareownerscommunity.com/ You can use a free ad to offer it for rent and for sale. You can also try selling it on ebay for $1 starting bid

sorry for you predicament. the only advice i can give is as a renter of timeshares. i’ve rented one in orlando previously and it worked out great for me. i paid just over $1000 for a week at a two bedroom resort.

If you are still paying a mortgage on it, you’re going to have an issue as there is a glut of timeshares out there for sale. No one’s going to exactly want to pick up a mortgage payment right now considering the economy either.

You can try ebay, craigslist, or redweek.com.

If you get the timeshare paid off, contact Timeshare Relief at 866-797-0535 at http://www.timesharerelief.com
