How do I sell a Time Share in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?

What is involved in selling a time share? What is the best way to sell the it? It is right on the beach at Myrtle Beach South Carolina. How much will it cost me or the buyer to transfer the deed if anything? Will I need a lawyer? Thanks!

no lawyer. ask the association if they can sell it for you . do not expect to make a profet on the property. time shares are not something to make money on in fact offer the association a extra 500 bucks to them if they sell it for you. get out of it. they are a bad investment.

I doubt you will even manage to give it away.

You need to contact the assocation that manages the timeshares, they all have their own rules about this.

Is best to get an escrow company, it will cost you some money ( that you can ad to the price ) but is worth every single penny. Average of $400 $600
