I’m not qualified to give legal advice, but if you’ve sold your shares to your husband you have no claim on the companies as you no longer have an ownership interest. You need an attorney for a definitive answer though.

If you want an attorney’s advice, you need to pay an attorney. Many will give you a free consultation.

If you word your request right, they will give you an answer without you having to pay a thing. For example, if you ask them if they can help you get control of your corporation where you are one of the directors and a stockholder but sold your share to your husband, they will tell you there is nothing they can do, and then you know the answer. If they tell you there is something they can do, then they will make you pay for the rest.
