There are big companies that buy timeshares. I have heard them on the radio and on the net. Google like Timeshare for sale or?
To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results:

You are going to take a major hit when you sell a time share. They are VERY HARD to sell.
Contact a real estate agent where the time hsre is located.
