I want to sell a timeshare at Virginia Beach, but I don't know what is the best way to do. Any suggestions?

I have a time share at Virgina Beach. The resorts’ name is Turtle Cay. It is a 1 bed rm resort and can be used annually. I want to sell it.

    Here is the research I did before choosing a company:

    I used Google.com and typed in MANY key word BUYER terms (buyer terms like "buy timeshare" "buy (resort name) timeshare") to find the company that actual buyers would most likely find first. I wrote down the company url’s and did the following research on the companies I found:

    1. I checked the BBB report on the company
    2. I made them provide traffic and offer reports
    3. I searched online for complaints about the company.

    All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!)
    I also posted on free sites at the same time and recommend you do the same as well

    To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results:
