I went to a timeshare presentation and in the end I received a couple voucher’s to send for two trips, both paying airfare and hotel stay.
I am in need of some money. Can I sell them? Will I, or whoever buys that from me, be in trouble?

Usually they are "tagged" to you, and you alone, and in the fine print you’ll probably see that they are not transferable. The problem can arise when the person you sell them to tries to get on the plane, with a ticket in your name, but with a different name & picture on the driver’s license…they just might end up with some free room & board per the state.
