I’m selling my Timeshare, do I have to pay a timeshare closing service before I list it? Thanks for your help?

to close, you must go to an atty or a title company.
lots of luck, most time shares have little or no resale value.
You should look through your timeshare contract paperwork. Our timeshare charges an outrageous closing cost for selling your timeshare. They do all the necessary paperwork so you feasibly don’t have to hire an attorney or anything. I would look at your contract and also call customer service for your timeshare for full information.
