My roommate wants me to pay her 0 for her share of our things and wont budge, she said either that or she will sell it and give me my share. However she is willing to sell the furniture cheaper to other, but she won’t go cheaper for me! Is that right ….What can I do?
Hopefully you have an agreement in writing between the two of you along with some method of resolving any such conflict, i.e., arbitration, small claims action, etc. Failing that, you can have this dispute resolved in a small claims court action for a nominal filing fee.

Be as unreasonable to her as she is being to you.
Tell her that you think she has seriously undervalued this stuff
Go on – call her bluff! If she can sell this stuff for at least $600 (to compensate you for its loss) she has a deal
If she is unable to raise that sum, you expect her to pay the remainder from her own pocket.
I think she’ll budge.
