Does anyone have any experience in the Time Share business? I’m considering moving to Cabo San Lucas to get involved in the Time Share business as a "LINER"…any ADVICE you can share would be appreciated!

I have a timeshare for one week a year in Cabo San Lucas, MX. I’ve never used it and tired of paying the maintenance fee. The timeshare is paid in full.

My parents are looking at a time share with this company and are currently in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Have you purchased a time share with them and was it worth it (cost wise, availability to get a room, etc.). Would you recommend them or not? Are there any hidden fees? Anything they should be worried about? Please let me know asap. Thanks
