I have a timeshare for one week a year in Cabo San Lucas, MX. I’ve never used it and tired of paying the maintenance fee. The timeshare is paid in full.

Docs were signed in Bayside, Miami. Stear clear of those little ladies that say you’ll get a rebate from the Miami to Bahamas fairy, if you just listen to a presentation. 6 a month+ 0 maintenance fee every 2 days.

I bought the timeshare with my friend in Cancun with Club Regina 6 years ago. Both of us are tired of paying the maintenance fee. Does anyone know how to give up? The timeshare is paid in full.
