How can I get out of my Bluegreen timeshare?

Bought a Bluegreen timeshare with good intentions but haven’t been able to use it at all so the money is being wasted. I would love to sell it, but most companies who say they will list timeshares want to charge ridiculous fees up-front with no guarantee of a sale.

Does anybody know the cheapest and quickest way to get rid of/sell a Bluegreen timeshare?

Anyone used Sell My Vacation to sell a time share in Orlando? They don't return calls.?

Does anyone know if they are still in business? Places get your money and that is it.

Who can guide me about making fast money in shares trading.?

I want to make fast money in shares. I know that proper tactics will fetch fast money in trading shares. I also know that one has to be very careful. I have a online trading account in kotak. I invested about two lakhs fifty thousand rupees. I could gain one lakh twenty thousand within a period of about two months but during the third month I was to sell at loss as such my profit came down to eighty thousand rupees. I got few tips from prasoon dalal Ahmedabad which helped in earning about fifty thousand remaining i earned in purchasing and selling of IFCI , BHEL, UNITECH etc. Can any body guide me about the intraday trading of IFCI and other companies where the gap between the high and low price will be more. some times if I fail to sell on the same day then I have to take the delivery in such cases I cannot sell all the stock on next day only sevnty five percent can be sold and remaining after four days. till then the price may fall. Are there any shares which are good for intra day.

How do companies profit from selling shares?

I am wondering if-and then how-a corporation continues to make money off its shares sold in the market. More specifically, once initial shares are sold, does a corp. continue to make $ every time the shares are traded? If not, can a corp. offer a new batch of shares any time it needs capital and, if so, is this considered a new IPO (if not, how would an investor know about the new shares)?

Thanks.

What is the share value of a company means? If I buy/sell a share of a company, who gets/pays the money?

If a company has 1 million shares in the market. What does that means? If I buy a share of that company, who gets the money of that share that I have bought actually. Even though I know that I pay the money to broker but actual money goes to whom? Similarly, when I sell a share of that company, who gets that money?

When is it appropriate to sell short a stock when you don't own it to buy it back at a lower price?

I am new to this market and to trading. It appears that with instantaneous news I am at a major disadvantage with regards to upswings that occur for moments at time and are gone until the next time that I don’t get the news fast enough to work with and most of the market declines on a daily basis as I see it. I think I am better and have better odds of picking losers than I do winners. So if I want to make money, it looks like I need to sell short which is actually buying it because I have to allocate money to sell it short because I borrow shares for a price from another investor, right …and then buy when the stock takes enough of a dip that I can make the money back on the way up. Is there a time limit on selling short that you have before you have to buy the shares back or is that indefinite? So for instance I think the shares will go lower than a certain dip, can I wait til I think the stock is at is lowest dip?

do you know how to get rid of a timeshare?

We’re a young couple who were talked into buying a timeshare. We feel that it is not worth the money we spent for it and we keep paying the maintenance fees. we already listed our timeshare with a couple of places. They promised to sell it in no time. But once they got their money we didn’t hear from them again. We’re going broke. If anyone has any idea how to get rid of it. or any advice at all would be appreciated.

Great Vacation Destinations?

My mom got talked into purchasing a "discounted vacation" over the phone through a company called Great Vacation Destinations. The trip is a few days in Orlando, FL and then a couple days on a cruise to the Bahamas, followed by a couple more days in Ft Lauderdale. The catch is that you have to go to a timeshare presentation for BlueGreen timeshares. And there are bonus vacations that you can take to Las Vegas and Cancun etc later on.

She now regrets the decision to buy, but has already shelled out a good chunk of money which I don’t think she can get back, so we are going to go check it out. I have heard lots of people’s opinions that all these types of offers are scams, and I would tend to give the same opinion, but is there anyone out there that has actually gone on this vacation with this company and could report on their experiences and/or offer any advice to ensure that the trip is at least a success, even if it’s not the great deal that they sell you on over the phone. Thanks!

Tax due when I sell my share of the 40% of currently owned home?

I currently have 40% of the house shared with my father (60%). My brother would like to purchase the 40% and move in. How would I deal with my taxes when I sell my 40%? Is there a tax exemption if I use this 40% money that I receive and buy another property within a certain time frame? What about the 2 out of 5 rule that I read about, would I be qualified?

Would you buy this vacation package?

My husband and I bought a vacation package last year (the exact same trip we went on for our honeymoon), but we have not had the time to take this vacation.

We have decided to sell it since I am due to give birth any day and we also need the money. It’s a trip to Fort Lauderdale/Orlando Florida and a cruise to the Bahamas. There are lots of activities to choose from and always something fun to do. It was my favorite vacation with the best memories ever.

If you were looking to buy a vacation package, is this something YOU would be interested in?
We bought it for 00, so we’ll probably try to sell it for 00 since we want to sell it in time to purchase things for the new baby.

[[I'm not trying to sell it HERE, but just curious if you think it might sell well.]]

Can I take over someone else’s vacation package, flight etc. and just get the name changed?

Someone can’t make it on the vacation so they would like to sell me the package. Is this possible?
It would be like you can’t go on a trip and instead of being out the money you sell me the vacation package and get the names changed.

Can people do that? And will I run into any problems?

We have a timeshare with Bluegreen Corp. and wish to sell. Owe maintainance fee. Can we still sell?

Bottom line!!! Would like to make money on sale, but at this point we would be happy to just get rid of it. We would like to make enough to pay the maintainance fee we owe. Just not having the monthly payment is our main goal.

How do I make my vacation home a timeshare?

If I own a home out right, worth about 0,000. What do I do if I want to make it into a timeshare? Who receives the money that the timeshare holders pay? Do I loose all interest in the home if I do this? I can’t find anything online that will give me any helpful answers. Can anyone enlighten me?

What are the annual dues for when you have a Disney Vacation Club timeshare?

I’m debating whether to sell my timeshare. I pay a month on annual dues, and am thinking it’s a rip off. Any suggestions/comments?
I am a DVC member, and am wondering what gets applied with the money I pay per month? The annual dues seem to be outrageous!

How do i go about selling a timeshare?

I have come across 2 ways. One way, asks for 0 up front for "ad" fees to post it on their web site. ( I am not entirely trusting of this), I have also seen sites for timeshare brokers who get commission after its sold. Which may be costly also. Which is the best? I’m not really trying to make any money off of it and I already know I may get far less than what I paid for it and to a point.. that is fine. I just dont want to keep paying for it in the future. HELP!!! ….and if you have any horror stories I would love to hear them, at least I know the worst I’m in for. Thanks

Ps. I have a deeded timeshare, where I’ll own it after (seemingly) a trillion payments. (boy… what were WE thinking)

What are the names of some timeshare companies in Orlando that give out free tickets/cash promotions?

I am planning a trip to Orlando this summer and want to sign up with some companies for a timeshare presentation to save some money and get free tickets, etc. I have heard that some even give out 0. Any suggestions on how to go about this, what companies to look into and where to sign up? Thanks in advance!
