Tesco Shares – loss of 60?
hi, i have a hand copy of how many shares i have got (from 2008 july) and it says i am holding 87 with a total worth of around £500. I got a letter other day stating that my total of 27 shares can now be sold for £3.71 Less 0.30p per share sold. Which leaves me with around £92. I was with Tesco for 3 years and nobody can give me answers. Anybody know/think why ive lost almost 60 shares? or are they just pulling a fast one?

Look through your documents to find the transaction details of the purchase of the 87 shares. If you in fact had 87 shares , you will have a debit from your account for their cost. Look at the company history from the time of purchase to see if you had a stock split to account for more shares than you originally purchased.
Bottom line here… the shares were purchased.. they didn’t just fall into you lap so go prove what you purchased then you will get a real answer here.
