Unfortuately, the real estate market is working against you at this time. You may consider talking to the people you purchased with and tell them you have an opportunity for a reduced price for customers they have that may not qualify for the higher priced new time shares they are offering.

If you offer them a finder’s fee and reduce the price of your time share – it may work out.

The emotion of a break up makes this harder than it would be normally. It forces you to deal with two stressful things at the same time. Consider personal counselling to make sure you remain as effective a person as you can at this time. Then just put the opportunity out in as many ways as you can.

You may need to take a loss of some amount in order to get the thing resolved sooner. You will have to decide how much, but the more you lose, the quicker it will sell for you.

Good Luck! I wish the best for you in this upsetting situation.
