Like most answers in life…it depends.
You have a timeshare at a popular location, but is it a popular resort? Are you going to spend money and time to advertise your timeshare well?
Even desirable properties are not selling what you think they would. You can try on Ebay. I believe you still have to find your own title company to complete a transaction safely.

It’s not likely, but be careful with scammers that would promise you otherwise and ask for money upfront.
