Who do I contact to sell my timeshare?

I bought a timeshare a year ago. I never have used it and I don’t see using it anytime in the future, because I never have any money left over to pay for getting to the place, food while I’m there, etc. I’m looking for a low cost way of just breaking even on how much I owe on the time share.

    I would call up the resort and tell them you are looking to sell. Then call up interval or whatever company your timeshare is involved with and let them know. And put it in the paper too.

    my parents just recently sold our timeshare, and they did those three things. Good luck

    Depends some on where it is located. They are extremely difficult to sell and if you do, expect to take a (big) loss. Have you considered renting out your share?

    You can sell timeshares on Ebay and Craigslist, believe it or not.

    Also, there is an online Timershare blogs called TUGBBS.

    To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results:
